Terms of Service
1. Welcome to The Imzaia Material
Welcome to The Imzaia Material (www.theimzaiamaterial.com). By accessing or using our digital Sanctuary, video and audio archives, the Imzaia AI Librarian, the Written Transcript Vault, print and digital publications, Private 1-on-1 Sessions, or in-person Retreats, you agree to honor and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Sovereign Spiritual & Educational Nature (Not Medical or Psychological Advice)
All teachings, channeled transmissions, meditations, breathing exercises, Private 1-on-1 Sessions, Retreats, books, and AI Librarian dialogues provided through The Imzaia Material are offered strictly for spiritual contemplation, philosophical exploration, and personal empowerment.
Nothing on this website or within our offerings constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our offerings are never a substitute for professional healthcare or mental health support. You remain at all times the sole sovereign authority over your physical health, emotional well-being, and life choices.
3. Intellectual Property & Sacred Stewardship
All content spanning from 2004 to the present—including all video and audio recordings of Da Pah Kwan Yin San, verbatim session transcripts, books, essays (including the teachings of The Study of Vibration, The Study of the Pah, and Dah’lyn), custom artwork, and software architecture—is the protected intellectual property of The Imzaia Material.
You are warmly welcomed to watch our free video library, share official YouTube links, and (as a Vault Patron) download or print session transcripts for your personal, non-commercial study. You may not republish, sell, commercially distribute, alter, or use our transcripts or recordings to train external commercial AI models without prior written permission.
4. Imzaia Premium & Vault Subscriptions
Imzaia Premium (€22/month or €220/year) provides ongoing digital access to unlimited daily AI Librarian dialogues, the searchable Written Transcript Vault, and our monthly live Pioneers AMA broadcasts & replay archive.
- Billing & Easy Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed securely via Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time in one click via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us, and your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
- Digital Access Policy: Because Vault membership grants immediate access to digital archives and live broadcasts, recurring membership payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable EU consumer law.
5. Private 1-on-1 Sessions, Print Books & Luxury Retreats
- Private 1-on-1 Sessions (€250): Booked via Cal.com and Stripe. If you need to reschedule your session, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Luxury Spa Retreats (Zeeland, Netherlands): Due to exclusive venue reservations and the intimate 12-Pioneer cap, retreat bookings are governed by the specific deposit and cancellation terms provided in your personal Retreat Invitation & Registration agreement.
- Print Books & Pre-Orders: Pre-order release timelines are shared transparently on the Books page. If you ever receive a damaged physical book, simply write to us and we will gladly replace it.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any relationship between you and The Imzaia Material are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable European Union regulations.
Privacy Policy
1. Our Sanctuary Privacy Philosophy
We believe your digital privacy is an extension of your personal sovereignty. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties, and we run zero invasive advertising trackers on this website. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver the services you explicitly request.
2. How the Imzaia AI Librarian & Browser Memory Work
When you converse with The Imzaia Librarian on our Home or Library pages:
- Local Browser Sanctuary Memory (On Your Device Only): To allow the Librarian to remember your ongoing dialogue across visits, your conversation thread and summary notes are stored locally inside your own web browser's
localStorage. We do not store a centralized database of your private AI conversations on our servers. - Instant Right to Forget (1-Click Erasure): At the top of the Librarian drawer on both the Home and Library pages, you can click the "Forget Memory" button at any time to immediately and permanently erase all saved conversation history from your browser.
- AI Processing & Daily Rate Limiting: Your prompt is transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS to Google's Gemini API strictly to generate your response, and our serverless endpoint temporarily checks your IP address/cookie solely to enforce the 3-free-searches daily guest limit and block automated bots.
3. Trusted Infrastructure Partners
To provide a seamless, world-class experience without storing sensitive data on our own servers, we rely on industry-leading, GDPR-compliant partners:
- Stripe (Payments & Vault Verification): All credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, and Apple/Google Pay transactions are processed directly by Stripe using 256-bit PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption. We never see or store your credit card numbers. When you unlock The Vault using your billing email, our server queries Stripe's encrypted API solely to confirm whether your subscription status is active.
- Kit / ConvertKit (Pioneers Newsletter & Retreat Waitlist): When you subscribe to the Pioneers list or Retreat waitlist, your email address is stored securely in Kit so we can send you archive updates. Every email includes a 1-click Unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Cal.com (1-on-1 Session Scheduling): Processes your name, email, and chosen time slot when you book a private session with Da Pah Kwan Yin San.
- YouTube & Vercel (Video Streaming & Edge Hosting): Our website is hosted on Vercel's global edge network, and video broadcasts stream via embedded YouTube players.
4. Your GDPR Rights (European Union & Global Visitors)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or request the complete deletion of any personal information you have shared with us (such as newsletter subscriptions or booking records). To exercise any of these rights, simply click the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us directly via our Sanctuary Contact Desk above.
